It looks like it was about this time last year I had to post this. I guess this is just a really busy time for my company and for me. I am behind on support mail, I'm behind on replying to both forums and Facebook messages. I have scheduled time Saturday to get on top of this. I'm on call for work but this is definitely a priority for me. I posting this while at work right now this has been on my mind but every time I think I'm going to have time to get to email support and all that something comes up.

Hello All, For the past few weeks my work has had major projects and we are short staffed. I have been working almost everyday and have not been able to get to email, support, or the forums. I'm no call Monday but only paper work is planned for me for that day. I'm going to get back on top of Hash, Inc stuff on that day too. I'm sorry to anyone I have not email pr pm'd back that has support questions but I'm working 12 hours a day at my job and really have just been dead tired and every time I think I'm going to have time something new comes up.

Should we move the forums to Two Factor Authentication? We can support 2 options Authy and/or Google Authenticator I'm not sure it's needed because the data we store is not much and really if someone logs in as you here, the worst they can really do is spam users. But if Yes wins, I will install it.

Hello All, on about 02/07/2023 at 11:59pm pst. The forums log in will change from user name to email. Before you ask 'why are you doing this?, I'm to old for change' haha There is security risks in people being able to use your 'display' name to sign in and the forums is bugging me about is. and before you ask 'If this is a security risk why didn't you change it before?' It was answered in the 'why are you doing this' line because I didn't want to hear 'I'm to old for change' hahaha Thanks for understanding all Jason Simonds

Hello, I just found out that after an Office365 update there is a problem with the forums email. I switched the forums to another email method for now as a patch. But this may mean the forums emails go to spam for a bit as it's using forums.hash.com as the email server not a registered email server. For people in the 'know' I know this is not really what's going on but it's a good way to describe it. I will be working on it tonight, but I have had bad luck with smtp and office365

Today check list.. Go daddy says it will be upto 72 hours until the main page ssl is fixed. It was renewed but now it's not.. I tried for a simple fix, but https: is in coded into a lot on the site so it's not an easy fix Sorry all!

Hello, The old SSL certificate for https://forums.hash.com expired today. The new one was installed last night but it looks as if some people may need to clear their browser cache to have your browser download the new SSL certificate.

Hey all, Tonight 05/11/2019 I will be backing up and updating the forums, updating and restarting the server, working on the store, and a few other small tasks that may/will cause outages. This will start about 10pm pst tonight. So anyone drinking must and I mean MUST have a shot of 18yl + scotch or Grey Goose chilled since I can not.

Hello All, Sorry about the update with out notice.The new update system is really easy to move forward but I was not sure how to go back. Changed in 4.4.0 Changed in 4.4.1 current version I'm not sure how I feel about 4.4: Animated GIFs but we will see. Not that I think that people will spam them, just I fear that every reply with be a gif not text haha.

Hello All, Animation Master Community chat server is back. I'm sorry it was down so long I kind of forgot about it in the move. But it's in it's temp home for now but soon(well not that soon... but soon) will be moving to if permanent home. I have a few things to finish both personal and for Hash, Inc. then Hash, Inc. will be getting a new "project" server and Community will move there.

I'm working on final parts of the server move. This may cause outages, I'm also going to use this time to update and restart the server. This if there is an outage it should be small a few minutes at most unless I make a mistake. Besides it Saturday night people that do not work in IT/server management should be out and about.

So I took some time off, well other than working on the server move. I was traveling a lot for my real job, working 12+ hour days and trying to study for my next licensing exam. I did not until today realize how far behind email was. I'm sorry for anyone that got left, or got missed. I'm sorry that I missed 2 shipping online orders. Ok this is a sort week for me at my job. I only have one big projector and that is on Wednesday & all of the testing and main system prep is down so unless I find something that I did not test for(it's simple) so I should be ok. I will have a short week this week. What this will mean for Hash, Inc. the final part of the server move will be this week. I'm not going to report small outages, and local outages(like FAQ, or things like that). I'm just going to get to work. Hey Everyone. I need some people to try and log in to http://store.hash.com and see your log in works? If you do not know your password there is no reason to log in as soon they will be rolled back to the ones stored in hash.com/store. I need to work on a few more things but It's getting close.

It took a ton of work, but it's done. A:M Stills is now here and almost all of the images where saved. I'm going to look in to if there is a way to users to 'claim' the image. So tonight the goal is to get below done: Import images from https://www.hash.com/stills/index.php imported Work on moving AMRePorts over work on password testing and UI for http://store.hash.com Sleep at some point. Get rid of/clean up the databases used to get the forums moved over. Small note most everything should be done live the only thing that I may have to take the forums offline for is the database but that should only take a few minutes max

So we are on the new server, in the updated forums version. I will follow the post here for reports on bugs and errors. Know as of now Staff filled with a ton of people Gallery empty Some users avatars are missing(user has to fix) The system is still running the update Yes for now the new URL will be https://forums.hash.com it may return to https://www.hash.com/forums but it may stay here. Hey Everyone, I'm taking super bowl weekend off and heading to Las Vegas me and a ton of my friends are all staying at the LinQ we have not figured out what super bowl party we are going to but the last 2 years have been in The Paris Hotel. Hash, Inc. will be closed from 01/31/2018 at 5:00 pst until 02/06/2018 at 9:00 am pst. Short of a server fire I will not be returning any emails, or getting out my computer for anything other than betting scores. Hello, There will be a server restart about 01/28/2017 at 23:00 pst, the updated for the 40 minutes or so before the restart may cause some connection errors and slow page loading. The Planned down time is about 15minutes but maybe as long as an hour if the system runs a full scan. This is needed to keep the server safe and running like a champ or at least like an hamster on meth.
