Finally Posted to AM:Stills

Recommended Posts

It has been awhile since I posted any new work or entered any contests, but that is soon to change.

I thought I would start off by posting a few of my older pieces entered in past contests.

Thanks for the comments

do you get paid for your work?

Yes, but mostly for the real world stuff I do. Not so much for the 3D work

Hey man, could you update that tute?

Working on it :) It is one of my goals this month.

Holy cow what rock have you been hiding under!

Sadly it has been a rock in the real world and not one of AM patches :)

I have been mostly working on physical props for movies and TV, like this goofy little guy. (These are photos, not AM renders)

Alien 01

Alien 02

Alien 03

Wow!

It's like the return of Paul Atreides in "Children of Dune"... only with out the blindness... and all the sand... not as many worms.

Or like... when you think the governor of California is blown up in the gas truck while chasing Catherine Chandler... but he crawls out of the wreckage... with only a slight limp.

Or when you thought Catherine Tramell was shot dead by Maximus but she comes back to shoot Lex Luther right in the head.

I could go on... but I won't.

Good to see you back.

Is the scene AM-made aswell?

If you mean the alien pics, those are NOT AM: renders, just photos.

Are you relatives?

My grandfather said he was a great, great, great, uncle. I was indeed named after him.

For those interested the best bio on him I have read in called "The Difference Engine" (US title) or "The Cogwheel Brain" (UK title) by Doron Swade.

Charles babbage also invented skeleton keys, the first speedometer for railroads, and the locomotive pilot (cowcatcher)

That 'Newbie', under your avatar looks ridiculous.

That is the Scarlet Letter I wear for not posting enough <_>
