frankH Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Hi, i was a little bit bored today so i played around. I found some nice rotoscope and here is my dragonchair. (Acutally a design from 1500) Quote
pixelmech Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Really nice! There's an odd striping in teh last one's texture, but great model. Quote
littleandy Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Nice, I like the design, and all the detail you put into the artwork on it. Very cool! -Andrew Quote
agep Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 What??? are all the details splines???? If so, that must have been a big amount of work?!? Looks very nice Quote
JTalbotski Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Nice model, Frank! I hope you took advantage of the AI or font wizard for some of that detail. Jim Quote
nixie Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 mmm stunning work! I preferr the smother sheen of the untextured version, the texture looks a little rustic and colourful for such a finely crafted peice! Awesome work none the less Quote
Paul Forwood Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Frank That is one of the nicest pieces of A:M modelling that I have ever seen!!! Amazing! Please, please, please give the texturing some of the attention to detail that you have lavished on the model. I have a feeling that you will, having seen some of your other recent work. Watch the direction of the wood grain, especially. Stunning and inspiring to see this sort of work knocked together when you were bored. What are you like when you are driven by inspiration? Quote
Admin Rodney Posted March 25, 2005 Admin Posted March 25, 2005 i was a little bit bored today so i played around. You REALLY should get bored more often Frank. Great job! Quote
JohnArtbox Posted March 25, 2005 Posted March 25, 2005 Lovely detail..the texture just needs to be aligned to the different pieces of wood that make the chair and it would look sensational. Quote
bentothemax Posted March 27, 2005 Posted March 27, 2005 that looks great . . . i wish i could do stuff like that Quote
