  1. I don't see it...
  2. Looks great! The pads on the chest look a little abnormal. Otherwise, just texture it well, and it'll be looking great!
  3. Wow! I found that extremely helpful!
  4. Wow, so little splines... And it still looks good! Great job!
  5. I'm not saying that materials are the only way to go. Heck! I love textures! I'm hust saying that each has their own use in certain instances.
  6. He obviously used the force! Duh! Actually, his head was turned and saw that he was going for the legs. Swordfighters usually have common moves with others, so for the second swish, he knew that the red guy would use his forward power to throw another swing, therefore he did that second hop. Hope that makes sense!
  7. Images have their uses, but materials are VERY handy.
  8. Why are you showing us these? We know that you can apply images to models. The newbiest people in the world know that!
  9. Also, they might look strange with a material on them. First, the specularities and things such as that would be separated throughout. Second, you couldn't blend textures into one another in the middle to the outside.
  10. I still don't get how you got that look. It's looks like 100% ambience with shadows.
  11. First of all, you really can't compare those. The grain on the right one is much bigger than the left. Also, we're not saying that your method can't be used, just that in some cases, like photorealism, a material would probably be a better choice...
  12. In that latest picture, it looks very tiled and looks like a rush job.
  13. Wonderful skins! He looks kind of like Pzu's grandfather!
  14. LOL! I like the monkey!
  15. I love that guy! I wish I had a character like that! (the first one) Also, that guy reminds me of someone from Antz or Bugs' Life. Mostly Antz because of the color. Also, the dull expression going into that surprise looked like the guy from Antz! GREAT WORK!
  16. LOL! That was great!
  17. Now if we can just all get a MC rig.
  18. Oh, sorry! Was thinking of them like those scissor-type pliers!
  19. Also: Free BVH Files
  20. I love them! The skin is great, too! Keep it up!
  21. Great work! Only problem I see is that the handle seems a bit wide, and will only get wider as the clamps close
  22. I can't wait for this thing to be done! The style rocks, and it looks very action-packed!
  23. What's your problem, Noah!? Why are you so good at this!?
  24. It has a nice look, but the ground doesn't look natural, and it's too dark to see alot.
  25. How much does that paint program cost? Cool effects, by the way! I still love the design of that robot!
