    Ok so the polling software we bought does not work. But I think I found what we will use so it should be live in the morning. We will see though I have dinner plans tonight but after that I will be working on my laptop and cell phone to see what i can get done.

    There is a delay in getting the vote up the old vote software does not work. We bought a new one but it's not installing I have but about 7 hours into it but it's still not working I have an email into them but If not i will look for a new one. later tonight if they do not get back to me. I need a break! . If anyone is ever looking to get a new server do not buy one 3 days after release(Ubuntu 14.04) you will hate it and be working all the time till other programs catch up.

    I will post the vote in this tread tomorrow morning then make it go live in the evening I did not get time today to check get it up today. So many changed in the new updates are making something slow for me.

    i will do a little more work tomorrow i need to log in as someone who can see what is there to fix it but is most have only been for groups i was never in because until today I have never saw that group haha.

    Ok I did not even know that was a forums until today. I reset your admin setting but I think we need to look into what the settings are for that forums thread because until I logged is as 'robcat2075' I did not even know we had that forums tread. I will look into it tomorrow and the store bug too.

    I see the error It should not effect the email you got. But i can look into this in the morning.

    The banner is easy to edit, I will see if can make edit as part of the forums admin UI but I will be be able to look into that till Monday. If that does not work it would be easy to make a ftp edit account. Put all the is needed in one folder that admins can log into. But the goal is to make it UI editable threw the admin cp of the forums. I got one user made banner already.

    Ok I only put a few minutes in to this but. I think this will be a good fit for images/banner we can link to anything, we just need to pick a width and they rotate with out the page reloading. And since it's easy to edit I think i can get it to work with any picked skin. http://www.hash.com/banner.php I also think i can over lay like a filmstrip image too if we want that again. I really like the one showed before but it was really hard to edit and took up a but more room then I thought we should use for a banner.

    Attachment test! I upped the attachment and thumbnail size. The old one was just to small for my liking. And we have a lot more room now.

    The splash screen does sound like a good idea and the banner they showed in that does not look to hard. I'm still working on some back end stuff but I can look into that in a bit and see what I can get going. After the vote i may start a post to hold images and links to add to the banner.

    That maybe something we can work our I think it needs to be updated to fit better in some lay outs but we will see.

    I did not even know that was a thing, but it still works in this set up and there is no way to change it I do not think. But When you click ' View New Content' > then when the posts list you click on the time of the last post it will take you to the the newest one.

    I guess I'm lost to this, I have never clicked on a link and got the new post unless the link had &view=getnewpost in it? you can check out the old forums at http://scarecrow.hash.com/forums but I'm lost to what anyone is taking about?

    Ok i think the plan is this I'm going to leave this post up for a week or so then see what people like and what we can use. Then maybe a vote to see what ones people want to keep and have made fully supported. and see how that goes. But all I can say is all this work to get the new forums going was so worth it I really like all of the fixes!
