  1. For Libary set up go to. http://www.hash.com/lib Did you close your project with the Choreography you were working in closed? In your project workspace Open the choreographies folder and see if there are any choreographies listed there, double click on the one you were working on and it will open. If there are none listed just double click on the Choreographies folder and that will start a new one for you. If you have anymore questions please email support@hash.com
  2. Try copying the .mov file to your hard drive, Some times your DVD drive may not have the Cache or Speed to load the .mov off the DVD.
  3. Try this, Go to: http://hash.com/lib/ And copy the a Data folder off you CD to your hard drive. I'm not sure what year the CD you have is, but the data size of the 'Data' Folder should be over 400mb If not here is a copy of the 2007 Data folder ftp://ftp.hash.com/pub/misc/HASH2007Data.zip But this data is not 100% tested in older versions of the software. You can use the version that you got on EBay to update to the latest version of the software for 99.00. at http://hash.com/store That way you know that everything with the software and data is working.
  4. Here is a link to the last 3 upgrade letters. http://hash.com/am2007/ http://hash.com/am2006/ http://hash.com/am2005/ I hope this helps.
  5. The problem is usually video driver or video ram. 1) Update your video card drives off there website. You may also try running in Dx3d if in openGl or vise-verse 2) Close all windows but the one you are importing the rotoscope into. If it is still white/blank when you do that try making the window really small and import the image then re-size the window
