      The A:M v19.0 is the last version to support MacOS adn ti requires Mac OS X 10.13.6 or earlier

      If you purchased a license at store.hash.com an activation code should be sent to you at the email you provided.

      If it didn't arrive you can log into the account you made at the store to make your purchase and find it under "Serial Keys"

  3. It looks like it was about this time last year I had to post this. I guess this is just a really busy time for my company and for me. I am behind on support mail, I'm behind on replying to both forums and Facebook messages. I have scheduled time Saturday to get on top of this. I'm on call for work but this is definitely a priority for me.     I was a registered user of Animation:Master and Master Pro back in the late 1990's or early 2000's.  
     
    I started with this version then upgraded to a version that had a gorilla rendering on the manual box and/or CD case.  If I recall I was using it with Windows XP.  I don't recall the version numbers.

    Is there a way to leverage my purchased licenses to upgrade to a Win10 64-bit version?

    I wanted to buy a longlife expire version of AM19.5.
    All Ican find is updates for AM19.0 for 79$ a year, or buy a CD version of 299$.

    Is there a way to catchup with a longlife expireless version of AM19.5?

  10. Hello All, For the past few weeks my work has had major projects and we are short staffed. I have been working almost everyday and have not been able to get to email, support, or the forums. I'm no call Monday but only paper work is planned for me for that day. I'm going to get back on top of Hash, Inc stuff on that day too.
