  1. Thanks! - for your comments! Well - geopolitically and meditative - sure - can be a part of the jumping. But I get you to wonder - that is the thing - getting others to wonder - to put questions - have you done some animations - to show us? LOOPING a .MOV-file that is the QUESTION! How to lopp a .mov-file?
  2. Here is someone jumping for joy and another lipsynched one commenting the jumping. But how to get the .mov-file to loop? Rendering to a .mov-file using Sorenson compression I can not find any loop settings in A:M ? You can do it in the Quicktime-player, but not that way... I want to set it to loop as default. So how to get a .mov-file to loop? jump01C2.mov
  3. A heck of more jumping! With enlighted pants! jump01B2.mov
  4. Well - jumping for joy - who knows?!., jump01A.mov
  5. It is a good idea! Why not make a WINK tutorial on it?
  6. Had a look on your project seems to work fine... Have you had a look on my tutorial? http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14521 The difference is that I do not use any extra bone - to control the rotation speed. I think that is more elegant... But if something function that is all you need... I am really curious about how the guy(s) having programmed the possibilities with Expression would do this? Bob Croucher - let us hear! And here is your project and you can see the ingredients in the programming:
  7. And here you can find a WINK tutorial on getting the propeller to rotate using an Expression with a Pose Percentage Slider giving the propeller diffenent rotation speeds along the Timeline in the Choreography: http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14521
  8. http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14521
  9. I wonder if you can do more than 360 degrees every second? Well it depends on how it is programmed - perhaps - some day have a look at it... 16200/360 is about 16200/400 and that is about 40 RPS pro second - seems a little fast... animation is not about being true to reality... it is about giving an impression... of something happening...
  10. Nyquist!?., And I forget to tell if you are changing the Percentage on a time value that gives a full rotation 360 degrees you will never have any backward rotation, so I will call this a throttle control...
  11. Here is the Project file - not a 100 percent correct - some funny things too... but the Pose Percentage slider gives the amount of rotation - and that was what I tried to succed with. prop01.prj
  12. Bob Croucher hallo! Tell us a little about expressions... so we do understand... No answer... Well after some experimenting so here is a propeller rotation with an expression and a pose slider giving the amount of rotation. Transform.Rotate.Z= ..|..|..|..|..|User Properties.AA*90*GetTime() AA that is what I called the Pose Percentage slider 90 that is to get the propeller rotatate 90 degrees pro second And the seconds will the GetTime() show up with That is the expression to get the propeller rotatating in an Action. An Action then used in the Choreography.
  13. And here another alternative - not showing the upsetting parts.
  14. Thom having some problem! He is half nude! Hope you do not get to upset looking at him... What to do with Thom? so he not will upset someone? Perhaps the normals pointing in the wrong direction? It must be a real A:M question.
  15. Yes I will send you Thom with dynamic constraints and grass on it! See if you can get it right! Or perhaps a nude 3D female showing some grass?
  16. You have to go to Tools > Option > Rendering and put OFF Draw Particles/Hair I believe if it will be possible to move things around in the choreography and perhaps use that simple hair I sent you without any bitmaps just DIFFUSE COLOR and DENSITY:1 and a thick grass 2 cm
  17. Here is some output... It took me 2 minutes to render this VGA-size.
  18. Here is the Project file - the bitmaps and material file not needed! But I think the computer gets to much to do using this one also! grass_seven01.zip
  19. I made a new hair material but gave a lot of density:7 so my computer bogged down a bit.... But here it is! without any bitmaps density 1
  20. Well rendered not so nice! But the grass seems to grow not in the sun...
  21. OK! They are Quick rendered But here you are not quite right: Diffuse Color better make green!!!!! Specular Color does not matter!!!!
  22. I had a look... You are using this FRACTAL3.TGA for the length - perhaps your computer are not able to use it? To complicated? Delete it and have a look...
  23. The rendering is done! I have already sent you the rendering...
  24. To me it looks fine! One problem perhaps - opening the .mdl-file A:M is looking after some Ocean.mat on H: Do you have a H:/? The ocean.mat what is it good for? The litlle brook?
  25. Really a boys room - I would say - having an opinion... Nice rendering! Some clothing would be nice...
