  1. I knew that part...i'm talking about the actual vent..how do you create the actual vent to put in the cut out part
  2. That's awesome. i've always had a question about vents and stuff like that. How do you do it? Create that shaped plate and use the duplicator wizard?
  3. That is awesome..man the iris looks o realistic..how'd you do it?
  4. I'm not the one who started that post, but here's my tip. Make sphere's for eyeballs and apply a decal for a pupil. I know it's a toon render, but it will add some depth to the pic. When you simple apply decals for eyes (I'm assuming you did) it looks like you drew the character in a simple program such as Paint. Other than that, it would something fun to animate
  5. Starwarsguy, I personally have quite an experience with movie making and you DON'T want to zoom fast at all. The only speed you should mostly zoom at is barely. Panning and dollies are the best you can get. My suggestion is that if you want a far away shot then close up, have a front shot, and then have the next shot slightly at an angle close-up: A. It will seem multicam B. It looks professional C. It's a smooth way for close-ups in clips
  6. Something about the animation looks roboticy..remember reading in the handbook; "Exaggeration"..what I'm talking about is when Shaggy kicks the door. He seems to kick it and then right AFTER he pulls his foot away, he falls. What should happen is right when he hits the door, he should start flying back. Try it yourself in real life(hope you have good medical insurance)
  7. That's cool.. I'd love to get photo shop..I'm on a tight budget, though...
  8. Wow! This is an amazing model! Awesome hair! I think the pupils on there is good. If you really want it to look like a Batman character, make the iris (colored part?) black and the pupil green like the mask
  9. NO, keep working on your hat. Just because we can't see your work doesn't mean that you should be affected by us. No matter what you do, or how small it is, you'll slowly improve in your talent. Just keep at the hat for awhile then do something else
  10. If you look at the feet, you can see where I attached it the foot is too small I'll have to fix that
  11. I wanted to make a squirrel too..Maybe I'll post up later how I made it..(just basic steps)
  12. Nice Model..If you could, can you post up the actual model file? I love playing around with simple, yet awesome stuff!
  13. And another:
  14. I've been working on a little cute critter who's a squirrel: (critique please)
  15. Could someone please answer?!
  16. Whoa! That's freaky...that's the exact rotoscope I used for tracing the shape of the bottle
  17. I tried pasting with bones and it showed up like so:
  18. It's the type of tin bottle..that powerade has
  19. This is my WIP powerade bottle. I still have to rig it (this oughtta be fun). Please Critique...
  20. Thanks a lot! I've finished my teeth..I'm planning to make a short dental commercial for fun w/ 'em:
  21. But the instructions don't say to do that...so I'll have to break every single spline on that half?
  22. Ok..this is getting really frusturating. I'm creating a set of teeth following the tuturial of "baby face", by Colin Freeman (see link below) I'm at the part when I delete half of the gums and all of this weird spline "web" shows up. (screenshot below). Link: http://www.colins-loft.net/CoopMouth.html (scroll down to the teeth part) I'm thinking it's when I create the gum...the tuturial says "Make sure you draw this at the height of the gum not the low point." I don't know what that means so I just tried to copy the pic...also, I can't tell if I'm supposed to connect that gum to the the tooth, or what! Help me please. Thanks in advance
  23. Very simple, yet impressive. The pose looks natural and exaggerated. Awesome job! I like the background with the Thom color
  24. Wow...and the inside mouth is very accurate to realistic life
  25. Thanks...as of now there are no problems with that idea...once again..thanks
