somehow the body cps got assigned to head bone having to redo everything now lol

twice this problem has arisen I am using a character and everything is fine with rig got em posed and for some reason/ I hit a button or something and the character goes into T pose and will not respond anymore. ??????? very frustrating what key turns rig off?
