Shazam3D
Hi pals, here is my character for the image contest about heroes. His name is "Toribio", but may be I change the name to "Torito" or "SuperT" or another. He is a defensor of the animals's rights and goes to the ruedo (arena) to fight with the toreros and save the condemned bull. Obviously, it's a joke, I do respect all the cultures but I love the animals and I do not like that the animals are mistreated. Now, I'm modeling the body, let me know what you think, any comments about the character and name are appreciated.

higginsdj
Nice character. Will he have the ability to walk on back legs or just on all fours? Cheers
ZachBG
He looks great so far. What settings did you use for his hair? How about his surfacing? And any chance of seeing a wireframe? (I always ask that. It's my weak spot.)

I'm working in the body but I promise to put a screenshots of the wire and materials setup in a few hours. Zach, all the materials, except the eye, are procedurals. Ernesto! Que pasa tio! Toribio will move, I hope to write a good story to him.

littleandy
Cool! Very stylistic. I like it. Now.. the redness of the eyes... is he doing something that he shouldn't be...? Or is he just another late night computer animator? Nice work! -Andrew
JohnArtbox
Lots of cool characters being done at the moment. He's got lots of style and the materials look great. This should give the bulls a fighting chance.
