  1. Ooookaaay... I just can't get the damn color to stick to the grass and I gotta deliver tomorrow... H-E-L-P!! Ok, so here's what I did: 1. I created all the damn patches. 2. I hid all the patches that weren't going to be covered with grass. 3. I applied the grass material 4. I applied the decals, both fractal and herbe, once each. 5. Then I imported a second herbe image and applied the property lengt to fractal(shadow) and color to the first herbe image and diffuse color to the second herbe image. 6. I unhid the unused patches, put everything up in coreography and rendered. 7. *POFF* Green color gone, the COLOR image seems to have been applied to the ground, not the material... and when I check surface color, it only diffuse color show up, not color. Any ideas, PLEASE? The tech talk didn't help me much, unless I missed something
  2. Nice! How about a toon render? Pretty please?
  3. Thank you for the answer Ken. A bit confusing, but that may have something to do with my lack of sleep... Anyways, where would I find that movie? I can't seem to find it Again, that may be a result of my tiredness.
  4. Make Shaggy kick a liiiittle bit more to his left( our right), because the way he kicks now, he would barely've tutched the ball. Other than that: Great flick, really enjoyed it.
  5. And here's a rendered picture:
  6. I'm having a MAJOR problem, my color won't stick to the grass. I've followed the "Hairy Grass" tutorial step by step, but when I render, the color won't stick to the grass... May I've pushed a button that doesn't makes decals disappear when rendered? Anyways, here's a picture before the rendering.
  7. ... ... ... ... ... Wow! With that said, again, wow, really cool. The OnLY iffy thing I noticed, was that the flames were "hanging off" the other shuttle. If you've ever seen a burning object going down, it usually looks like it's beeing cosumed by the flames, not followed.
  8. Coooooooool!! Beautiful model! I do have some crits though. Is it just me or does he need heavier steps and a bit more tailswinging? Other than that, you're clean! Good job!
  9. Awsome! That's one pair of cool-lookin' kids ya got there. Could you pretty pretty pretty please post an image of your cor setup?
  10. Ooooh yeeeaah, that's so much better! The feet are moving the way they should, the knees arent too shabbey either and he looks pretty drunk: GREAT!
  11. Interesting... I actaully have a great-grandparrent that was in the team that created IBM's first computer, if I don't remember incorrectly.
  12. 3-4 min? ahahaaah! No multi-pass, eyh? Do multi-pass.
  13. ooooOOOOoooo! Is the scene AM-made aswell? It looks so darn real and artificial at the same time, I can't tell.
  14. Seven - you really like lip synch, don't you? Cool drop and I agree with seven, he needs to say something, unless you have a master plan
  15. Chooooooool! Render time? From the image it looks like you spent a coupple of hours away from your computer. Is that a... bunny on her thong? Cool hair and a neat, eh... paws? To sum it up: love your model, although there seems to be some white reflection or something else on her arms.
  16. As a solution, I used a .mat with cales and some others sassy stuff applied. However I got a delay on it since I ain't really all happy with it and now another problemo has appeared: I used the hair-grass tut on my grass, but now the color won't stick on the grass, the decal won't color the grass, but the ground It worked, but then I had to remove the mat and apply it again and now it doesn't work. I've tried resetting everything, but I just can't seem to find the biggie.
  17. how? create one "slab" and then duplicate it along a lot of paths?
  18. His left foot jumps a bit, but other than that, you've done a lot of progress from your first attempt
  19. I kinda need regular, flat tiles, a little bit like the tiles on the image below, exept they have to be black. PS. this was the closest I got to crafting black tiles out of red ones. As you see, it didn't work out very well... iGeek: my mail claims that your mailadress is invalid.
  20. I'm doing this thing for something at school, a small landscape with a house. All I'm missing are roof tiles... I've tried searching the web and creating some myself, but what I make suck and the images I find are useless... 'elp please? PS. They kinda need to be black.
  21. Yeeeeees, it actually seems to woooork. Coooooooool! (pssst! btw, I won't tell)
  22. 'ey, I was talking about how you're starting to go all philosophic on us again... Leave the "I know everything about everything and it's bad... all bad. Or mostly, but I'm still right!" part of yourself behind, please. I like the marshmallow a lot, I laughed when I viewed it, but your post w/links kinda made me wanna comment something else... Anyways, to comment the animation(as firstly intended), it's VERY nice, smooth lip-movement and funny dialog. Maybe try'n add a "dandanDAA!", or alike, when you get the chop'd up marshmallow in fullscreen? Juuust a suggestion to make it more dramatic.
  23. 'eeeeerie we go again...
  24. HAHA! Super dance! Needs more stiffness, though and maybe a little bit higher coalission radius or whatever it's called. But good job covering Shaggy up.
