  3. Way to go Patrick! I agree with Stuart, I really like what you've done with the motion blur on the body and focus on the face. Also the background is really well done. Congrats! Say...does cafepress do posters?

Sorry to be such a pain ,but I'm officially confused now. Do I attach any spines to the ring? Do I connect any of the ring's own control points to eachother? My head hurts. ---Thanks guys.

Thank You Both. What's causing it to do this? I'm guessing it's because of how I connect the CPs, I don't know how to do that properly. Help please? Here's the file if you wanna tell me what I'm doing wrong. http://www.filegone.com/v5f9 I apologize for my extreme noobieness. Thanks

Hi everyone, I would like to put a heart shaped window in a door. I have my heart shape-----I have my door----and I have A:M's documentation. But I can't seem to find the "Boolean Cutter" option anywhere? Is using the "Boolean Cutter" the best way to go about building a window? Thanks -Josh
  13. Dhar, I love you---- no, no, come here----come on-----give me a hug----- Thanks a bunch Dhar, that's perfect! You've made my day.
  14. Precisely Dhar! Ok forks, Here's complaint/rant #1. I'm trying to have this film require no modeling from me, I cant model for beans. But I do have to model one thing as it turns out, a tutu for 'Mr' Chameleon. I feel kinda embarrassed, I have no idea where to start, do I 'lathe' or just start putting splines down? How can I get started on this? I've done the flower in TAoAM, but I'm completely stumped here---some help please! Just a simple tutu--- P.S. Sorry Arkaos I have no idea what's going on in your thread---I wish I could help---
  15. Yes, lets just leave it as that please. I like your parrot, there are some very nice textures on him (or her).
  16. Sure thing arkaos! I'm not that great with technical problems but I'll give it a look!
  17. Hello everybody, This will be my official complaining, excuse-making, whining, and technical support thread for a mini film I'm working on for---who woul'da thunk it---the mini film contest! Nothing to comment or critique now---I might post some storyboards soon though---this is just a public announcement, a placeholder, so I can get my butt off the chair (well, on the chair) and get working on it! Working Title: 'The Date' Synopsis: Thom arrives at his prom date's door with flowers ready to whisk her off into the night, but where is she? Style: Old Fashioned 'Chaplinesque' Length: 50 seconds to 1:35 Status: storyboarding. So yes, please just ignore this thread for now--- -Josh

    IS IT LEGAL

No, it's a copyright violation. Both are illegal under current U.S. law, but one is not equivalent to the other. Well, that depends on what you're planning to do with your little film, doesn't it? Thanks Mike, I'm going to post my little film in the forums, submit it to the mini film contest, and if I think it's any good maybe A:M films. They might not bust down my doors, but that doesn't do anything for the tremendous amount of guilt I would feel--- Yay or Nay? I'm leaning towards Nay

    IS IT LEGAL

Hey guys, Since we're on the issue of legality here I've got a question or two. (Maybe I should have asked this before I storyboarded the whole thing---) I have this audio clip here that I'm planning on using for my 'mini film': http://www.sitcomsonline.com/sounds/curbyourenthusiasm.mp3 Ok, so if I understand this correctly if this was something I paid for, say on a CD, I could use it, as long as it was for my personal use (no film festivals, paychecks, etc.) and I gave the necessary credit. Now on the audio clip above, I don't really own it, I don't know how this site got it, but I know it's not 'for sale' anywhere, but that's a stupid excuse. Is this really pirating? I just want to use this audio (the Theme Song for Curb Your Enthusiasm) for my own little film, nothing else---are the police going to bust down my doors? Thanks, -Josh
  20. Why that would be me Rodney. I'll send you the address to ship the upgrade to me via email. Oh, ok, I lied----Congratulations Dhar!
  21. Could you please render out another viewpoint? It's very hard to tell what he/she/it looks like from the current view. Thanks P.S. I like your signature!
