JohnL3D's WMV uses the MSS2 codec for the video, which can't be played back on Macs.

Make sure the walk cycle action has a stride length, too. Otherwise there's little value in using a path constraint.

You control the knight's movement down the path using the constraint's Ease property. Keep it set to zero until you want the knight to start travelling.

Yeah, I'm okay. The fire--read more about it here--is in nearby Greenpoint. It was reportedly the largest fire in New York since the World Trade Center attacks, and arson is suspected. I saw the smoke from the Manhattan bridge on my way to work yesterday. Thanks for caring, Gerry. If anyone out there has friends near Greenpoint, Brooklyn, you might want to check up on 'em!
