Been hard to decide what to work on for the Fall 2020 Image contest!
But think I'm settled on this awkward guy.

He is something I sketched up a number of years ago.
Every so often when I rifle through my hard drive he resurfaces
and I think it will be cool to make him in 3d, but then get busy with something
else and he gets shelved..... again.

So anyway... here goes the more serious attempt to bring him to life.

He really was like the Van Gogh of music,
so many of us creatives can identify with his struggle.
You pour your heart and soul into your craft and it doesn't
always get recognized.

Best quote in the La Times article:
“VW does it again,” and “Now when I think of VW, I think of Nick Drake and not Hitler.”    😂 😂 😂

Now we think of excess diesel emissions. I'll check my Nick Drake box set to see if there's a song that will fix that.

Great work Michael. Did you touch up te render in a paint program? If not would you mind upload the choreography without the model? The style reminds me of another member, I think his name was Dark Limit or something like that.

Some progress on the modeling, changed some colours to match my original concept more.
Will be work on the texturing next. ( looking forward to playing with A:M Paint for texturing. )
