Well I'm taking a break from my other project and working on one I all ways wanted an extra room in the basement computer / game room from hell. I talked to my step dad and told him about it and hes like yah sure I don't care.

The Room going to be 13'.5" x 9'5" with height of 7'.

Thank god for hash animation you can draw it and actually see and get a total of the lumber, plywood and what knots you need.

I'm open for any ideals.

Not sure how damp it gets there but you may consider framing in the metal 2x4's rather than wood. Bad thing about basements is mold and mildew from floor and wall seepage. There are fiberglass panels but might be on the pricey side. Avoid any wall to wall carpeting. There are stick down vinyl tiles that work well once you level and seal the floor. If your trying for that rustic old age look you can always go with a dirt floor and some hay. Portobollo mushrooms should grow pretty nicely under the couch.

Do the stick down vainly tiles they just stick down or you have to add a glue to basement floor ?

Stay away from metal studs if you have even a little dampness in the basement...metal rusts. Check out this link, it may help out..Finish a basement wall

For the floor, I'd go with engineered cork tiles. Durable, water resistant, and look darn right fine. I'm in the process of reno-ing my basement, and the theater section will have cork flooring as well as the laundry area.
