I never used the cp bias-tweaking a lot so some question occurs to me while experimenting with your model. Seems that the applying of decals is more difficult then. I ended up doing a little more work on it and now have BUNNY, which I have been doing some hair experiments with the new V15E hair baking feature and have finally got COLLISION DETECTION to work with a fair degree of satisfaction.
