aaver Posted February 2, 2005 Posted February 2, 2005 In this thread it was asked how to make a dodecahedron. I have attached a project file that shows one way of doing that: Project1.zip Quote
aaver Posted February 2, 2005 Author Posted February 2, 2005 The project file also includes a short choreography. This is what you get if you render it (set the movie to loop ): Clip_000.mov Quote
HomeSlice Posted February 3, 2005 Posted February 3, 2005 That's a really cool clip Anders. Thanks for posting it and the project file. Quote
Vash Posted February 3, 2005 Posted February 3, 2005 That sounds a lot like what johnl3d would do. It looks pretty awesome in the movie. Quote
nf1nk Posted February 4, 2005 Posted February 4, 2005 That is just awesome. That covers the d12, the d6 and d4 are easy, The D8 doesn't look too bad to make. I am just a little stumped on the d20, and the d10. then I can have a full set of D&D dice. Quote

You did notice there is a project file for down load? Actually, it's not very hard. A bit tedious, but not hard. Quote
aaver Posted February 6, 2005 Author Posted February 6, 2005 AHhhhhhh math is required Well, this may be solved with math. I kind of suggested how in an other thread, but this thread is about using A:M to solve it instead. No math involved here. Or actually it it is, but it's hidden within A:M and the user don't have to bother Quote
steve392 Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 You did notice there is a project file for down load? Yes thank's but I wanted to learn from it rather than just take and use ,I find it realy hard to animate ,but learning all the time ,slowly slowly catch the monkey lol Quote
