  1. You are welcome, Myron ...and thanks! I don't know. Right now I'm pretty busy, but it's something I would like to do.
  2. Remembered this the other day and went searching for it. This was the first of the comic book page tutorials I did. This is about CP Weighting. I wanted to put it in with the others.
  3. Just to piggyback on Jessie's post, the yellow spikes should always be coming out of the face of the patch that faces outward (is visible.) So, if you had a cube, all of the yellow spikes would be sticking out, not sticking in.
  4. Just curious about the numbers, Matt. From a quick pass of the original and the new one, it looks like: PTB 2006---Time: 2:00---15 contributors---21 sequences PTB 2009---Time: 4:00---20 contributors*---29 sequences So we doubled the length and had more contributors and sequences. I'd say that's a terrific turnout considering that the forums aren't nearly as crowded as they once were! *taking your word on this one. The credits roll by too quickly to count. Would it be too much trouble to slow them down?
  5. Great job, everybody! Nice work roping them all together, Matt! How does the number of entries and time match up to the original?
  6. ftp://ftp.hash.com/pub/updates Dig in the right folders and you'll find it.
  7. Nice and dramatic! I like how the Banshee's robes move!
  8. Don't forget William Sutton's UV Tutorial. He shows off using the UV editor so that you can put all of your decals into one decal image. He had a CD for sale awhile back that was very helpful, but I don't think he sells it anymore.
  9. Wow! Fantastic job, Stian! Modeling and texturing!
  10. Rob, Eggington has some free models here.
  11. Neat, Gizmo!
  12. I'm sending Matt the alternate version of mine with sound effects added. Don't know if it'll work with the background music, but I'm giving him the option.
  13. Thanks, guys! You are right, Ken. I just wonder if sound will work with whatever audio is going to be running over the whole. But, just for kicks, here's the clip with sound effects: withsound_s.mov
  14. Nicely done!
  15. Thanks, guys! True, John! Hopefully I'll get better at it. I struggled with this one!
  16. You've been busy, Gene! Impressive!
  17. Thanks, everybody! Paul: That's a really good idea, but yeah, that would take a whole lot of time to accomplish. I wonder if it would look too weird if it only happened in that one shot? I'm playing right now with trying to adjust the colors of the video to see if I can make it look better. I may be overdoing it... On the left is the original, on the right is the modified.
  18. Thanks, Nancy! I see what you're talking about. I'll see what I can do to get that across better.
  19. Okay, here's my first go at it: psb_wbp_s2.mov
  20. Great looking character! Love the ao render!
  21. Thanks, Kat! You should still make a comic book version of your story, using frames from your animation as panels!
  22. Nice one, Robert! I'm racing to get mine done. One more day should do it... (I hope...)
