Recently I installed the latest version of A:M, it asked me for an activation code which I looked up and entered and A:M started and worked just fine. However, today I got an error message when I tried to start it…something about contacting support. In an attempt to fix this myself I uninstalled A:M and reinstalled it but when I enter my activation code I get an error saying that the activation key is already in use. Looks like I somehow I screwed everything up. I tried sending an email to support@hash.com an it was kicked back as undeliverable... ??? BTW, I have two activation keys; one for my laptop and one for my desktop. This happened on my laptop. My desktop is undergoing hardware upgrades and, for the most part, is unavailable for a few days so I don’t know how A:M is acting there. What do I need to do? Thanks,Rusty Quote

First, let me note that every version of A:M installs to its own folder. All v19 updates go to the v19 folder, all v18 updates go to the v18 folder... etc. and you can have multiple version of A:M on the same computer with the same subscription.I note that so i can ask this next question without you thinking that you have to uninstall v19... What happens when you install v18 and run that? or v17? Quote

Thanks, Rusty As you are changing your hardware it will (very likely) no longer work and you need to get the lic transfered by Jason. Did you change your laptop too?
