I was making my archery bow and had some materials applied. When I opened my project today, the materials were still in the PWS but non of them are showing up on the bow?!?!?!?

I made a new project just to see if they worked there and they did.

Not really sure what got changed to where non of the materials are visible on my model.

Thoughts?

They're still in the Materials folder in the PWS but are they on the model?

My first guess is that you saved your PRJ after making the materials but not after dropping them on the model.

I think its just the order you have the named groups of the model arranged in the PWS.

If you drag the groups with materials on them to the bottom of the list then those materials can be seen.

In general in A:M whatever is at the bottom of a list will take president over whats above it.

Quick solution... drag Group 1 and Group 2 to the top of the Groups folder

That's it?!?!? Alrighty...I'll try it in the morning.

Thanx for the help guys.
