I made this mode in Ver 16 RC 1 ans all seemed to work fine till i tried to pose the pose in Choreography when i click anywhere out side of the mode i'm unable to select or pose the model. I can use any other model from a previous version without any problem. any way to fix this model? Here's some pictures and the model.

I does look like odd behavior. I either can't turn the Skeleton mode button on, or if I can his bones don't' show anyway. Is that what you are describing?

I don't think this is the problem, but it never hurts to check...is the model bone hidden in a Pose somewhere? If it is, make sure it isn't hidden.

As David suggested, the model bone is hidden in the pose "Show Non-Animating Bones". Delete the model bone from the relationship and everything should work fine.

Yes, that is what I get. It starts off working fine then when I click off the model I'm not able to get back into Skeleton mode

I only have some of the bones hidden here that work on a on/off pose the keep them out of my way. can you please explain I may not be understanding what you mean

I've had the exact same problem before; having the model bone's visibility toggled in a pose causes it.
