Does the Choreography window automatically create perspective? If I place two objects of the same size in a window, does the object further-est from the camera appear smaller?

The camera view (number pad 1) in the Choreography is always perspective

the other numberpad views (front, side...) are usually defaulted to non-perspective. you can switch them with the \ key

As long as you dont change the camera to orthographic.
