When you buy the downloadable upgrade, do you receive a link instantly or is there a wait?

Mine was pretty instantaneous. You can download it first, the link is posted under updates on this site.

The activation code comes via email.

Download 15v first, install and open AM 15. When it asks you for your activation code enter it and you are done.

 

Then go to Help and then to About Animation Master... and your will see below your Serial Number when your software EXPIRES.

 

I purchased my on Dec 14, 2007 so my subscription says is will expire on Dec 13, 2008.

I'll do it as soon as I can borrow a credit card from a friend... I don't have one by myself (its a pitty that there are no other payment-methodes like Paypal, Candlelight or just a banktransfer).

Not at the moment as far as I know.

Perhaps Hash Inc will consider that option in the future.

Wait, okay, I'm a little confused now. I know it costs like, 300 bucks, but when you buy it is it shipped to your through UPS (idk) or do you download it??? And when you pay your $300 and buy it, does it still EXPIRE?! Sorry, I'm kind of young for this stuff, but I'm really into it, so I'm buying the software. (Yes, I have had experience with another software called "maya PLE").

$299 will get you the actual CD and literature shipped to your address and that never expires.

 

$49 will get you a 1 year subsription and you download it from their site. If after the 1 year you do not renew your subscription you will not be able to use A:M.

Okay, thanks. Sorry, I was just a little confused. I saw the words "EXPIRE" and I panicked. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend $300 for something that would expire a year later. But now I understand everything! Thanks Dhar.
