Here are some models I've made or started to make for a SW short I want to do. This link has the images on it. http://mywebpages.comcast.net/kashyyyk/wip/vader.html Dan

Oh man, whatta lot of work ahead of you- what are your plans- spoof or serious? Willing to share some of them yet, or is it all hush hush?

It's going to be done serious. Think Highlander, but with Star Wars charactors. I have a script done, when I get a chance I'll post it at the web site. It's a first draft to get me started, so I'm sure it won't be the finished dialog.

LORD ABOVE YOU"VE BEEN BUSY!!!!!! How long it take you to get those models completed??? Great work!!! Keep us updated! SeanC.

I've been working on the models off and on. I'm working on them more now that I have a script. It takes a couple weeks each model with a couple hours a day or so. I finished the blaster, it's picture is up.

Very nice though I think that Vader could stand to gain some weight. His arms seem a bit boney. Not what I would expect form someone who's supposed be pretty menacing.

I think you have done a good job of making these models. I do agree that Darth could use a little more thickness. The pose where the Ithorian is on tip toes is throwing me, but I assume that's because of it's static pose and not how it will look in other poses.

I'll check in the Vader Model, It may just be the angle, it was made over a rotoscope of a vader picture so the size should be correct, but making it thicker should be easy. The Ithorian will probably walk like birds feet, but I'm unsure, I made the feet like tree roots, so it may walk on the tips too. I'm going to test render each way and see what looks best.

I am also making a Star Wars Short, but mine is taking place during the Clone Wars. Good luck with that. I'd love to see how it turns out. You're much farther than me, btw. I just finished modeling the Battle Droid, Super Battle Droid, and Republic Gunship.
