If you intend to use the default ground plane and just want to change it's colour then just open the ground model's surface properties and change it's diffuse colour to something that you prefer. You could also apply a decal or material to it which would also allow you to change the colour. You could also delete the default ground plane and use your own, home made, terrain model which can be dragged into the choreography.

The default sky colour in A:M is actually the background colour which is set up in your camera's properties. You could use an image on a layer or as a rotoscope in your camera. Or an image wrapped onto a large hemisphere, or skydome, which would give you a panaramic sky. There are many ways that you can approach it in A:M .

Checkout Hashes Image files on the CD under the directory [sky/MorningSky.jpg]. This is a Sky dome. When you first add it, it looks like the Sun is everywhere. Just render it and you'll see what happens.

Here is a link that has it used on my last exersize http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showt...mp;#entry208414. Just scrowl down to you see the airplane landing on one of the canned ground images.
