Perhaps try to give color to the word Arsenal?

Right now it blends in with the white bar on the shield on the left, and overall is pretty plain compared to the cool looking shield.

As far is lighting, maybe try more lights with less intensity spread around to even it out (unless you are going for dramatic lighting/shading that is).

Hmm....

I would go with a bolder, stronger font for the text of the logo.

Since it is in 3D the lighter weight font tends to look a tiny bit weak. Maybe just changing it to bold. It needs a larger front surface to read more powerfully.

Other than that, excellent job.

It needs a bevel. If it has a bevel, it should be stronger.

I've also found that environment maps (also called reflection maps) really enhance reflective objects. Just make a black image in an image editor and brush several white, soft-edges, straight streaks in it. Be sure to set the environment map as additive and play with the opacity. You could even use a grayscale photo of something.
