  1. Great laugh. All four times I watched it. Outstanding job.
  2. More info. From cgw: April 2001 Tony the Tiger received a modern, updated look after undergoing a 3D makeover by Smoke & Mirrors. Since then, Tony has appeared in a series of television commercials in which some portions of his body, such as the back of his head, are shown for the first time since his origination decades ago. Another article Hit PAYDIRT at the last second Tony clip
  3. You did check out the games on the web site, yes? Tony web site There are animated Tony's there. I just spent an hour or so searching the web for Tony stuff. Your right, not much. Had a ball looking at all the old advertisements though: ) Completely off topic but I Just have to share these. http://www.leoburnett.com/ideas/altoids/healthy.asp http://www.leoburnett.com/ideas/altoids/makingfriends.asp
  4. That looks very cool. Vast improvement over the other versions. Love the eye brows
  5. Ok, first I want to say, Great Stuff! Next, how on earth would you animate that thing without those suckers colliding and meshing through each other?
  6. There is a lot to like about this project. Style, mood, imagination. I don't know why but I just LOVE that street light. You have definitely crossed over to the ART side. Beautiful stuff. Jack
  7. That is some fantastic work Iham. Looks like it would animate quite well. Paul Harris only posted that message 4 days ago. You know how to bang them out don't you. Jack
  8. It's ok in a drop dead gorgeous sort of way. I'm going to guess on the nest, Hair with modeled twigs mixed in. It may be just the coloring but the front bottom of the nest seems to be embedded into the branch. I know, I know, WIP. Great stuff Shawn. I'm really, really looking forward to the movie. Jack
  9. Wire frame, Wire frame, Wire frame. Outstanding head. Great job. Jack.
  10. ::in my best dangerfield impression:: Last time I saw a face like that it had a hook in it. Great little piggy. Jack
  11. To get the right effect, you are going to need a spline model. I can see why you would not want to model all those treads. But I don't see why you would have to. Can't you model, say, 1/16 of that tire an then just copy and paste them together. Then connect the backs of them with a single slpine. Like a single spline inner tube? Jack
  12. What a great Whoofer! As for crits, some variation in the fur color would be nice. The hair on his feet seems a little long to me. Thats about it. He is a really cool looking dog. Jack
  13. I do not have AM yet, but I am a programmer. (no I don't play one on tv) Your code: if (Chortime() >.5 and Chortime()<1,Chortime()*1000{,0}) Looks to me like it should be: if (Chortime() >.5 && Chortime()<1,Chortime()*1000{,0}) or if (Chortime() >.5 And Chortime()<1,Chortime()*1000{,0}) Note the upper case A. And a tip on getting a responce to code snippits. Always include the syntax error message. Just trying to help. Jack
  14. I just happen to come across this link and thought of this thread. Hope you find it useful. http://www.dinocarl.com/epistemology/story.php?id=21
