  1. How's this for a jiggle setup?

Added dynamic constraints to the hips lower controller, chest controller, head manual control, shoulder controls, hand controllers, the hand gizmos (CFingers) and the eye aimer bone.

All I did was animate the hip null.

    LOL.. He looks very loose.

It would be interesting to try that setup applied to an acting shot. Something that automatically loosened up a character would be way cool.

  2. This looks like a fun shot!

A little anticipation from the owl would be a nice touch.

Like moving his head back and opening his beak. So it look like he is biting the chain apart or jerking it really hard.

  3. I think the Scarecrow is drawing too much attention to himself.

This is an interesting problem. The scarecrow is doing all the talking which by default will get the audience's attention but somehow you need the audience to be looking at Woot.

Ok, I think I got it but its hard to tell because I know what I should be looking at.

What I tried to do is lead the viewers eye with strawbears left hand and head for both of the monkeys actions.

Then keeping strawbear form making any quick movements while monkeyboy did his thing.

  4. I really like Woot's reaction, but I didn't know it was there until the third time I watched the clip.

I hope you have a chance to revisit this later and investigate that some more. :)

Ahh I was afraid of that. Should have time to fix it. I dont think Martin gives out shots until sat.

    Thanks

  5. Nice! It looks similar to one of my shots 3_02_31 (2MB) .

You might want to replace Green Monkey's walk cycle with "Green_Monkey_Walk_Sad" in data\Shared Data\Actions\walk-cycles. It is a bit less jerky.

Hey, thanks for the info. Ill try that. It might help getting their walk speeds to match up too. I did see your shot and was trying to give him the same attitude.

  6. Poses look good. Green Monkey's acting is very emotive - especially for as long as he's talking (whew!). Tin Girl's attention to Tin Woodman is good too. See if you can wrap this baby up today so I can send another assignment.

Well, I couldn't wrap it up but I did get a few more hours to work on it today.
