Hi John! I agree with jfirestine But I have never seen such bottom of coat rack. Here I modeled another type, that looks more realistically (in my opinion ) It's just my suggestion! However it's matter of taste.

What a nice squirrel! I like the eyes and mouth. But I think You should work on paws , there are no nails (it's just my opinion)
