  1. I have to agree with the rest of the posts ,I also noticed that the chain/rope goes behind the rt front arm just before hes yanked and that if you step through it you will notice in mid air the chain completely disappears. I think it is one heck of a good job and when finished it will be hot ! 2¢ Mike
  2. Very witty . Good job Mike
  3. That was very enjoyable to watch ,I love the character and all the things you put him through very imaginable, my only tohugh is that the timing was off through almost the entire playback im not sure if this from having a Mac Divx player or that the actions were lagging. I really loved the whole animation with that being the only drwaback. Great work Mike
  4. This is just so good that my only reply can be WOW! Mike
  5. I think the walk cycle looks pretty darn good. I also like the blinking along with the walk. I think tihs is a good character to run with and go crazy, very nice. Mike
  6. As usual John I love your little projects you FX guy you. Mike
  7. WOW now that be bright . It has an interesting feel to it im not sure its my cup of tea but it could be used I suppose in a very high charged animation, Did I mention that its bright Mike
  8. I agree with the rest of the posts. I also look at the interior of the left side of the mouth and I would make it darker to give the contrast of the lips to the inside of the mouth. The ear I think can be pulled in closer to the head and it wont look so disjointed. I tihnk this will make a very good character as long as you keep it in the style of cartoony.. Its really extremely good work for your firs posted head. Keep it up Mike

    Kitchen

They wireframe along with the shaded gives a pretty good look of the work you've put into this. You said Cartoony feel for the animation ? does that mean you are going to give the kitchen a cartoon look or more a real kitchen with cartoon characters ? Looks darn good either way . Mike
  10. Awesome . what a great looking character with huge potential to do anything you want with. Looking forward to seeing more Mike
  11. He looks like hes going to be fun to work with . Great character Mike
  12. Looks very nice ,I think you might want to give the face a little more reflection to give it that glass look. Just a thought Mike
  13. What a great looking character. Look forward to see the animaton. Mike
  14. Its a pretty good start. What I like to do is rarely use real dark colors while modeling as it hides to many creases and imperfections on the model. Try using a lighter color ( you can always change it down the road ) and give the model a little specularity and see if that helps you see the problems. 2¢ Mike
  15. Beautiful. I love the contrast of the vehicle and the earth.
  16. Its a real good start and I agree with William the stitch tool is a great modeling tool. It also looks to me like you have an uneeded 5 point patch and a 3 point patch towards the base of the left side of the wireframe which will only cause headaches down the road. Mike
