Well I first started out with AM back in '99 and dropped it for a new hobby (Astronomy) in 2002.

Now I'm back and have just moved from v9.5 to v11 (wow - what a difference) and am working on a short of a very short story written by a collegue at work.

Anyway, I am using Alan Desroches (Spelling??) models from his Archive CD's so I do not claim the modelling :-) The link provides access to a couple of tests - Hopping (it will be a hopscotch thing when completed) and a walk cycle and I would love some feedback (I am very much the novice so don't hold back - I need to learn)

Cheers

Good stuff! On the hop, I'd say give the fall another frame or two. It looks a tad jerky but not much though. The walk cycle looks like a cycle. Mainly because everything stops at the same time. You need to offset things like arm and hand movements compared to the legs.

Great work! :D

I'm impressed with the hop, you've certainly given you character a sense of weight.

Well done and keep posting your progress.
