Yes, perhaps we should bring that back.

I can see why it disappeared... users would have to remove that chor (or create a new chor) prior to being able to build something of their own but for new users (and upon renewal) it was a nice touch to welcome folks in such a way as that. Perhaps if it was just added to the Library folks could open it from there.
