My name is Matthew, I am part of the Horizon research department at the University of Nottingham. I am researching the motivations of designers, animators and users of 3D modelling communities, and I currently have a questionnaire online to investigate the different reasons for participating in 3D modelling communities.

 

The Hash team suggested that I should post the link here as some of you might be interested in taking part in the research.

I hope no one gives this researcher their login and password to this forum.

That would be the opposite of good.

 

I'd suggest registering a new account with them and establishing a unique password if you want to go that route.

Alternately you could use Facebook, Google etc. to register.

I got through the survey without it asking that. At the outset it said it would ask for my screen name but it never actually did.

 

Maybe it read my mind.

It didn't require any such details from me - no need to log into anything or set up any accounts of any sort!

It depends on the options you select at the beginning.

Most won't want to go that route anyway so won't run into the login.
