I seem to remember Robert telling someone how to show decals when theye don,t show in any window apart from a render ,anyone kno how

CTRL+D does that.

PS: (I tend to open a new toolbar called "Draw" which will indicate that for you). Go to an empty toolbar section, rightclick and choose "View > Draw".)

I always have the little Show/Hide Decals button up in the tool bar as a visual reference that I can check.

It maybe doesn't need saying but for the benefit of any Mac users the keyboard short cut is; cmd+d
