Well pretty much every ISP "solution" is "scalable", meaning that you get a hundred email addresses and fifty gigs of storage, whether you need them or not.

EDIT: I stand corrected. I just clicked over to Bizland and it's two hundred gigs of storage and UNLIMITED mailboxes. Good, that's about right for me.

I have Network Solutions too, they got hit hard by spam causing blocks of mail boxes to get blacklisted. Most of it is cleared up now but goes to show the danger of blacklisting. One company in CA will block entire banks of ip #'s punishing everyone because of one spammer. I already brought attention to that to them and questioned the legality of it and what recourses I might have against them in particular if I were to lose work. Amazingly they delisted my pop server #.

You may want to make sure your clear of any blacklists.

Dealing with local people can be tough especially since most buy their space from the big companies such as NS and Go Daddy. For the last 10 years NS has been pretty good and this seems to be the only major glitch I had with them.

Some of the worst ISP's especially with blocking emails is Comcast and Verizon.

A while back I had a run in with a local guy that wrote his own spam filter that would automatically report anyone that had FWD or RE in the subject line to SORBS.

Let me know if you find an isp that is bullet proof.

not sure if its in your area but i always been happy with cable vision (optimum) fastest speeds in the country (101 Mbps down / 15Mbps up) and has had the best service award 6 years running.

and their optimum business section is top notch

Thanks folks. This is such a pain; we've been trying to migrate away from Earthlink and the last step would have been coaxing my wife to change her email address. But now I'm not in a hurry. I would just like to have everything *sort of* organized someday.
