UNGLAUBLICHUSA Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 Found a great tutorial for texturing: Photoshop Blending Modes Quote
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted January 27, 2012 Hash Fellow Posted January 27, 2012 Cool. Looks like they've added a few new ones since I got my Photoshop in 1999. "Vivid light" Quote
NancyGormezano Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 Oh yes...that is good. Thanks. I usually just blindly try the modes until I see what I might want. This was organized in a way such that I might be able to remember "why" before trying. Quote
Admin Rodney Posted January 28, 2012 Admin Posted January 28, 2012 Very nice! Excellent resource. (Look for this topic to be in the Texturing section in the future) These have me wanting to go through each example to determine the functional equivalent in A:M. Some can be accomplished directly in A:M Composite or even Rotoscoping but others would need to be custom built (via Objects/Relationships/Expressions). I'm like Nancy in that I can often get a look I want once... but trying to produce that exact same effect again.... I need to learn to record the settings/processes I am specifying. It's like tasting the best soup you've ever tasted and then finding out that no one wrote down the recipe so have no idea what ingredients were used in the making. Quote
