Admin Rodney Posted July 29, 2011 Admin Share Posted July 29, 2011 My daughter was impressed enough with this to recommend it to me and I thought it was worth sharing. I'm not quite sure what to classify this as, but this guy's effort is not a trivial performance. Above and beyond the entertainment value of watching him interact with his other selves it's a pretty good example of the layering principle in storytelling. So, for what it is worth... Admin Rodney Posted July 29, 2011 Author Admin Share Posted July 29, 2011 Last i read I think he's also a TD at Pixar or something like that. This I did not know. I see he has a blog here: http://nickpitera.blogspot.com/ His profile on that says his occupation is 'Computer Animation Major'. I guess that part hasn't been updated in awhile. All this music and theater stuff does answer the question "What do computer animators do as a hobby?" Answer: Other stuff besides computer animation. Here's his Senior Thesis from Ringling Bros:
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted July 29, 2011 Hash Fellow Share Posted July 29, 2011 It looks like he's a semi-recent hire and mostly a modeler. Here's his IMDB resume... http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3704316/
