*A:M User* Roger Posted July 5, 2011 *A:M User* Posted July 5, 2011 I know when you are pulling points you can constrain them to a specific axis, x, y or z but what I am curious to know is can you constrain a point along a single spline and adjust its position on that spline? Quote

Not sure if I fully understand your question. If you can move a CP around a spline with out altering the curve of the spline? Quote
*A:M User* Roger Posted July 5, 2011 Author *A:M User* Posted July 5, 2011 Yes, that's more or less what I want to do. Probably not possible. Quote

I don't believe this is possible, but I'm very new to AM myself so I might be wrong and I hope I am wrong for I like the idea of adding a CP to a spline and be able to move it along the spline with out altering it's curve. itsjustme Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 There is a list of hotkeys here...I believe what you're looking for are the 1-6 keys on the numpad. Hope that helps, Roger. Quote
Fuchur Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Press "4" on the keys above the space-key (not sure how they are called... the non-keypad-keys). That should more or less do what you ask for... anyway it is not too useful... I recommend to you to use the stich-feature to stitch in a point where you want it to be. See you *Fuchur* Quote
*A:M User* Roger Posted July 5, 2011 Author *A:M User* Posted July 5, 2011 Thanks Dave - that's what I was looking for. Quote
