Yes indeed! Off to a great start.

 

As Chris states, I think you can do a Copy/Flip/Attach and then move everything into place but you may find it easier to model the other side outright.

He's got an interesting face.

I coped and past the other side had and added a face decal think the face is to dark or need to lighten it up a little. I need to add some snapper in there so he can bit the guards...lol

Hmmmmm bummer having trouble matching the color from the photo so I can put on back of the head and ears part the light on the head got me messed up.

Well I got few more tweaks to do with the model like the muscles and etc, if you wondering about the hand I use sir nigel hand the character are both old so that worked out. I found pic of some prison shoe and hat here what came out like.
