William If you have the Extras DVD look in the tutorials folder for a folder called MUFOOF (not the most obvious name for it I know) I think that's what you want. The subjects probably in the forums as well some place but I couldn't tell you where I afraid. Quote
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted January 21, 2011 Hash Fellow Posted January 21, 2011 For certain limited situations a preblurred image on a disc will get the look. It can be spun at different rates to make the appearance of different strobing patterns. rotortest03.mov Helicopter02.zip Quote
detbear Posted January 26, 2011 Author Posted January 26, 2011 Thanks guys...this was most helpful. That mufoof is very interesting. I will have to continue to build off of those principles. Quote
Xtaz Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 Hi William ... feel free to ask me about Muffof. I believe it is the best solution to spin props Quote
detbear Posted January 27, 2011 Author Posted January 27, 2011 Hey Xtaz, Wow...that's such an awesome result. Is that your creation there. I couldn't remember. I haven't been able to quite get my head around some of the finer details. Just trying to get a stable inflight spin. Quote
