Is it possible for me to comple pieces of animation using AM V13, if yes how can i do this.

I'm not completely sure that I understand what you are trying tp do but you can import animated sequences and then lay them out in a Choreography.

I think that was added in v14.

The only way I can think of to do it in v13 is to create a new Layer in the Chor for each image sequence/movie. Then adjust the "Frame" property for each layer so the movies play in sequential order. Change the camera to "Orthogonal", point it at the layers and render.

If you have Quicktime Pro, you can copy and paste clips from one player window to another to string them together.
