new guy
i swear i have tried, but can't win! there has got to be a way to simply duplicate models in a chor... right? right now i have to keep importing the same model over and over into the chor and resize, move etc for everything. mtpeak2
Try using Steffen Gross' plugins (Multiply, MMoP and/or Simple Scatter) locate here.

new guy
Multiply.zip drop in hxt folder then right click on chor then click on copies great! now lets say i have a car in the chor with an action applied to it AND KEYFRAMES IN THE CHOR moving it down the road... i then want to duplicate the same car 5 times with the same action and CHOR KEYFRAMES but offset them. i am making a race. i know i can off set them by moving the action down the timeline, but how do i COPY AND PASTE THE CHOR KEYFRAMES ONTO THE NEW CARS? i want to keep the same properties as the first car... the size (scale) and so on. also, i tried installing the multiply and MMoP plugins but they dont show up. i am running mac os 10.5... should that matter? do they work for mac os 10.
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted April 3, 2010 Hash Fellow Share Posted April 3, 2010 also, i tried installing the multiply and MMoP plugins but they dont show up. i am running mac os 10.5... should that matter? do they work for mac os 10.6 Just to check, in you Options>folders panel, make sure the path for extensions is pointing to the folder your extensions are really in. This can get confused if you have more than one version of A:M installed.

Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted April 3, 2010 Hash Fellow Share Posted April 3, 2010 Read the user notes for each one carefully. I believe MMoP needs that you have 'd a path for it to operate on. I think Multiply needs you to select a plane.
