Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted October 8, 2009 Hash Fellow Share Posted October 8, 2009 I m wondering if a knife tool exist (i ve tried J. Gross cutplane but i can t make it work ) It works here but the first time I tried it the "apply" button wasn't active. On the third try it worked. It is possible to extrude and move in the normal direction ? only if you manually move each CP. THere is a Fabrice plugin called Puzh or something like that will copy and grow/shrink a mesh in the normal direction. is it possible to create a spline and copy paste and outline or offset it ? or to solidify an object ? ? Fuchur
Cutplane is a good plugin. It should not be used in every circumstance, but for doing this "need another splinering there"-kind of stuff it is very helpful... Steffen was very generious in creating it after we talked about it. If you have any questions and he is busy, I'll be happy to answer where I can. *Fuchur*
