Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted October 1, 2009 Hash Fellow Posted October 1, 2009 It may be absurdly small. try zoooooommmming way in. Also try hovering over it until you get a diagonal cross to re size it larger. Quote
jakerupert Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 I must admit, that I have the same problem for quite some time now. Neither zooming way in nor way out gives me the circle back. So I decided to live without magnetmode for the time being. Maybe its some bug in 15f that should be reported? Quote
maddle Posted October 1, 2009 Author Posted October 1, 2009 i ve tried everthing but no i dont have it anymore ... so sad. Quote

I'm not sure if I had added the option to change the magnet field radius in V15.f or it will be first in 15.g . If it is not in 15.f , You can change the radius via the registry , search for the key "Magnetic field distance" . Quote
maddle Posted October 1, 2009 Author Posted October 1, 2009 reinstall A:M somewhere else , rename your original exe then replace it by your new installed one. Quote
detbear Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 I had this same thing happen to me a while back. Seems like I got it to appear somehow, but I can't remember....At that time I was thinking it was my video card so I didn't investigate it. It was back in V14 I think. Quote
Admin Rodney Posted October 1, 2009 Admin Posted October 1, 2009 I spent a little time trying to make Magnet Mode go away on my end and the only thing I could do to make it go away was turn on Mirror Mode at the same time. On my computer at least... with Mirror Mode on, Magnet Mode will tend to temporarily go away. If I toogle Mirror Mode off and adjust my view or select another area the Magnet Mode manipulators return. Not sure if this will be of any assistance but thought I'd toss the thought your way. To narrow down the variables a little you might try to use Magnet Mode from a Front View only to begin with. I seem to recall my graphics card on earlier computer wasn't friendly with Mirror Mode from Bird's Eye and other random views. Quote
