Waldo3D Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 On the Mac, it's the tilde(~) key. Maybe it's the same shortcut for the PC. Jim I know you can use the tilde-key to join splines or press the Left and the Right button on the mouse. But.. I'm on a Azerty-keyboard so there is no tilde-key AND I use the Mac with a mighty mouse. I can't press left and right at the same time. (if can I? ) PLUS I can't assign a shortcut since there is no Join or Spline join command? I search the forum but with no luck. What are my options here? Waldo Quote
HomeSlice Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 Try setting a keyboard shortcut for "Attach Control Point". Quote
Waldo3D Posted September 14, 2008 Author Posted September 14, 2008 Try setting a keyboard shortcut for "Attach Control Point". Works! It was just knowing the right name of that command! Is there a way to set the prefs to an Azerty keyboard? Now A=Q Shift-Z to fit in view is Shift-W Or must I asign all shortcuts to my keyboard? Thx! Waldo Quote
Fuchur Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 You will have to do it by hand... I have a German keyboard (so z and y are changed) but I think this is something that isn't too bad. It's much worth that for example the slash isnt available that fast, etc. But in the end it is a change of 6 shortcuts or something like that... so there is no real need for a special threatment here. So I would suggested: Take the time (it cant be longer than 10 minutes) and change whatever you want. *Fuchur* Quote
