If you 'hover' over the buttons they explain themselves...it's the 11th button from the ledt typicly...a little green plus-sign...keyboard shortcut shift-Q.

 

Then you can either click in the screen, or what I have grown accustomed to do is right-clik and drag a preview box, smaller=quicker...

If your using Windows and dont have a capture program, select the "PrtScn" button then you can paste it in any paint application

For future reference, it would be helpful if you include what Platform and OS you are running. Windows or Mac for starters and possibly the actual flavor. You can include this in your profile, then we will know when answering, what information is useful to you.

 

On a PC, the key is usually in the top row to the right of the Function keys. Sometimes "Print Screen"

or "Prnt Scrn" or "Print". On a laptop it can be almost anywhere, but I have found, it is usually on the right side of the keyboard somewhere.

 

For the Mac -->Mac print screen info

I would suggest just rendering whatever you want to show as a jpg that would be the easiest way...read at least the beginning of the manual would answer most of your questions.
