Ravager Posted August 18, 2007 Posted August 18, 2007 how do i "hide" the particles or hair of an object, but i will see it in a render? because in choreography mode, there is many particles, and it is slowing my computer down greatly, could anyone help? Quote
Paul Forwood Posted August 18, 2007 Posted August 18, 2007 Shift/8 or drag the particle button onto your tool bar. You will find it in Tools\Customize\Commands\Draw and it looks like a bunch of vertical black lines. Quote

If you are talking about hair and it is showing up inside your model - then most likely the patch normals for the hair patches are facing the wrong way Shift +1 will show you the normals & then you can right click on the patches where the normals are wrong and choose "Flip normals" If you are talking about other "particle effects" - sorry, don't know.
