  1. Nice idea! Funny!

My only crit...... As he is running, you show a side view. The body appears to not tip forward. If a character is running, I like to see the body lean into the action. Also, body looks stiff, try having it bob a bit forward and back, possibly side to side. Just a suggestion. But, this is a very good start for only being your second attempt! I look forward to part 2,3,4.....etc.!!!!

    Keep up the good work!

  2. I plan to add gills, but don't know if I should use Bump/displacement mapping, or model them with splines? I am also in the process of removing hooks and try to better position the splines for less creases. I need to connect the fins near the tail to the body. Separate objects may cause problems during animation. I need to test it. I need to fix the mouth area too. Here is a close up of the teeth. I plan to add more variation at each tooth to break up the uniformity. Thanks again for all your input. This has been a fun model to work on. My son loves it and wants to see it animated!

  3. Here is a basic shark. Can anyone give me advice about creases and wrinkles. I am going through and checking the splinage, but I just cannot seem to smooth this guy out. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
