  1. Sounds (and looks!) good! Especially like the inked faces. Looking forward to see examples of the 2D/3D combo.
  2. Ahh! That's the one! Thanks for finding him, Nancy! Yes, Robert, I remember the Hash dog with disjointed limbs - it was somewhat avantgarde for the time. Not to forget Nancy's own, very chic cut out animals :-)
  3. As a kid in the late fifthies/early sixties, I loved watching a stop motion series of very short films on danish tv, starring a dog made of folded (origami style) paper. I think it was british, and each sketch started with a man's hands folding the dog, which then came to life. No dialogue as far as I remember. I have tried to google it, but can't find anything. Could be fun to watch it again. Any of you know the animations?
  4. Simon, I bought the set at Amazon UK - very reasonable price: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Jan-Svankmajer-Complete-Short-Films/dp/B000PE0JAW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449332683&sr=8-1&keywords=svankmajer
  5. British BFI has recently released a 3 DVD set with the Czhec animation legend Jan Svankmajer's complete filmography. 26 fantastic animations plus interviews and documentaries etc. Highly recomended and very inspirational! Here is a cut from one of the shorts "Dimensions of Dialogue" from 1982 https://vimeo.com/15308509
  6. The banding also sometimes occurs when combining SBAO with lens flare.
  7. Exactly Rodney. After having experimented extensively with a scene, I often end up with a loooong list of images of wich maybe only 10% are actually used in the scene. They take time to load, can be confusing in the work with the scene and make it difficult to archive/move the scene later on (without archiving them all). I use Sony Movie Studio Platinum for final assembling/editing, and in this program there is a menu command named "clean media" that does exactly what I wish for in one click. But something similar is not an option in A:M, or...?
  8. Maybe a stupid question...but here goes: Is there a simple and preferable one-click solution to clean up images loaded into a project? That is: deleting unused image files from project?
  9. Thanks for all the good suggestions! :-) The one that worked, was when I changed the background color of the texture map itself from grey to black. Apparently there is some small difference in the way choreography view assigns and renders the texture map compared to the model view, thus making the background grey visible along the edge of one of the splines. Problem (even if more puzzling than offending) solved!
  10. I have this train wagon. Modeled and UV mapped in Blender. Texture painted in 3D-Coat. Imported as .obj into Animation Master And confirmed that UV's are ok: Everything is nice and tidy and okay UNTIL.... ...I render the train in the final scene/choreography. Then an extra white line magically appears on the roof!!! Where does it come from?? Anybody have any idea??
  11. Aah, now it appeared! Got it, and thanks a lot, Rodney :-)
  12. Excellent, Rodney, but I can't see any attachment??
  13. Have just updated to 18 n 64bit (installing on my Win10 went okay), but the bug that makes it impossible to select and move points and objects, make this version impossible to work with. Wanted to switch back to 18 m, but couldn't find it anywhere on the FTP. If I download via the link in the forum announcement of 18 m, I get 18 n. Help anybody?
